Here's the True Story

One sunny Saturday in October, I had just finished getting coffee with a friend and had the whole day ahead of me. I called my sister for ideas on how I could spend the rest of my day. She asked me, “How do you document your life?”. I told her honestly that I didn't. She helped me narrow my interests together, and we decided I would start keeping a log of new coffee shops I visited. I went to the nearest craft store and bought a journal, drove around the corner to a new coffee shop. As it was a new area, and I wasn't familiar with the parking situation, I got into an accident and totaled my car. So that was definitely a new and unexpected way I would spend the rest of my day. 

I am in a book club, so I keep up with reading regularly each month. But I miss those 3-page papers we would write in Junior English. So you'll find my very biased thoughts about the books I read and the movies I watch here!
